1.  How may primary pupils are eligible to free school meals?

2.  During the strike action on the 24th November 2022, what measures were put in place your local authorities primary schools to provide free school meals to those who are entitled?

3.  If measures were not put in place how many pupils missed out on a school meal who were entitled to one?

Response 22-12-2022

1. 830 P1-P7 children financially eligible for FSM
 4,196 P1-P5 children eligible under the universal FSM scheme 

Total 5,026

2. Direct payment into bank accounts was made for those who were financially eligible for free school meals.
