FOI Request - Music Licences

All payments made since January 2019 to any organisation which licences music, such as the Performing Rights Society for all premises under your control.   This is the charge for organisations which play recorded music in buildings accessible by the public, or your employees.  If you are able to say which buildings this is for, that would help.

The response to your request can be found here. The file linked contains all information that is available in an accessible format. As details are not kept for records other than for PPL and PRS, compiling detailed information for the other bodies would cost excess of £600 of staff time. Therefore in accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, the requested information cannot be provided due to the excessive cost of finding the information.
