1. The percentage of buildings, owned by the council (including Council properties for tenants) that are compliant with the Scottish Government's regulations on interlinked smoke alarms.

2. If all buildings are compliant, please provide the date for which the latest building became compliant with these regulations.

1. Moray Council has 97.5% of its residential properties fitted with smoke alarms which comply with the Scottish Government regulations, with the remaining due to be completed before the end of December 2022.
