FOI Request - Mannachie Park Forres Redevelopment Plan Costs

I wish to know how much money has been paid to date, and is still due to be paid to Rankin Fraser Landscape Architects for preparation of the Master Plan document. (the amount of the contract between Moray Council and Rankin Fraser Landscape ARCHITECTS)

Update 28-11-2022: I would like this request to include information as to the amount paid/to be paid under contractual obligations and what contractual obligations the developer has in relation to Mannachie Park, either now or in future.
