1. Not held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

2. Not held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

3. Not held. We do not hold a record of buildings being empty due to staff working from home. We have a record of vacant Council properties which could be provided; however, the reason for a property being vacant is varied and none of those assets are vacant due to staff working from home. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

4. There are over 1,000 staff with dedicated laptops to facilitate hybrid working.

5. Information can be provided detailing the costs the Council has incurred holding vacant property; however, this would not be as a result of staff working from home, therefore i) and ii) are not applicable.

6. The Council is undertaking a number of reviews in relation to its property assets and any assets which are no longer required for service delivery will be declared surplus to the Council’s requirements and made available for disposal. All surplus assets which are currently available for sale are advertised on the Council website http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_41894.html i) This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
