2. The predicted outturn figure for the year end is estimated to be £1,100,000. This is subject to varying factors out with our control. We have seen a 25% increase in homeless applications over the first six months of this year. Due to the cost of living crisis, various refugee resettlement programmes as well as our regular number of homeless approaches, we are experiencing an exceptionally turbulent period for the service.
