FOI Request - School Repairs

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act..
Specifically, I would like the following information:

1. Details of all outstanding repairs needed at each school within the council area. Please include
details of which school these were at, when they were first reported, when the repair was
completed, the total cost of the repair, and the health, safety, hygiene and wellbeing concerns
associated with each repair.

2. Details of all repairs carried out at schools within the council area in the past five years. Please
include details of which school these were at, when they were first reported, when the repair
was completed, the total cost of the repair, and the health, safety, hygiene and wellbeing
concerns associated with each repair.

Response 01-12-2022

In order to answer this question the Council would need to read through all potentially relevant health and safety surveys/fire risk assessments in order to identify and find any relevant information. As this would cost in excess of £600 of staff time we can advise that in in accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, the requested information cannot be provided due to the excessive cost of finding the information. In order to be helpful a list of repairs has been forwarded directly to the requester.
