FOI Request - Teacher Absences

In line with freedom of information legislation, I would be grateful if you could comply with the following request.

1. Please tell me how many sickness days for the reason of mental health (including stress, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc) were taken in your local authority in 2021/22 and 2022/23-to-date.

Please only provide information for your council’s teaching-related staff:
- Primary and Secondary Teachers and Head teachers
- Other teaching support staff in primary and secondary schools
- Nursery staff (all nursery staff, including teachers, support staff, etc.).
