I am requesting the following information under freedom of information legislation.
At your primary and secondary schools for the past 5 academic years
1. The reported instances of bullying amongst pupils?
2. The reported instances of bullying towards staff members?

The bullying and equalities data from SEEMIS includes the following incident nature:
Name calling, teased, put down or threatened, hit, tripped, pushed or kicked, belongings taken or damaged, being ignored, spreading rumours, abusive messages, targeted because of who they are/perceived to be, racism or racist incident, other.
2. Information not held. The Violence and Aggression log does not have an incident type of bullying. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
