FOI Request - Mental Health Counsellors for Ukrainian Refugees

Could I please request the following under Freedom of Information legislation:

1) The number of mental health counsellors that have been allocated to your local authority to help Ukrainian refugees that have fled the current war/Russian invasion of Ukraine.
2) Was there a target for your local authority to meet regarding the number of mental health counsellors to help Ukrainian refugees that have fled the current war/Russian invasion of Ukraine? For example, ‘Local authority had the target to take in 50 mental health counsellors to help Ukrainian refugees that have fled the war. However, they did not meet this target and only took in 49 mental health counsellors.’

1) If we need to seek mental health counsellors they are first referred to a GP, they will then make the referral going forward. We have had no counsellors allocated out with of main stream NHS Services.  

2) We have no target as we use main stream services, to date we have had no referrals by GPs to Mental Health Councillors.
