I would like to ask the following questions:

1. How many incidents of staff (including management) bullying other staff have been made in council-run care homes in this council area? Please provide these figure for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 to date.
2. How many incidents of staff (including management) bullying residents have been made in council-run care homes in this council area? Please provide these figure for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 to date.
3. Where a complaint has been made, provide as much detail as possible. E.g. was the accused person racist, sexual harassing staff, inappropriate behaviour etc.
4. Where a complaint has been made, what was the outcome for the accused. E.g. cleared, employment terminated etc.

1.-4. Not held. There are no council-owned care homes in Moray, therefore no information relating to this request is held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
