Under FOISA, I am looking for information about your housing stock buy-back policies:

Please provide -

to help me understand how your policy works, please detail -

2. Whether buy-backs are for (a) general stock, or (b) limited to strategic purchases
3. Whether the council purchases homes which (a) attain to tolerable standard or (b) will purchase homes below tolerable standard
4. Whether purchases are limited to properties (a) sold with vacant possession, or (b) those owned by owner occupiers (the converse of this being properties which have tenants in situ, or owned by landlords)
5. Whether purchases are made (a) from the open market only or (b) from the off-market, i.e. where the local authority is approached)
