I am requesting the following information under freedom of information legislation:

In the past 5 Academic years up to 2021-2022
1. How many complaints in relation to political bias/interference has your education facilities received?

2. How many complaints has your local authorities primary and secondary schools received in relation to the course content of History, Politics and Modern Studies subjects?

1. One complaint relating to political bias stemming from a Facebook blocking. One person was very rude to another within a Moray Council Facebook feed arising from political differences. We blocked the person from Facebook and they claimed we had taken the side of the other. It was not upheld by Moray Council or SPSO as he was blocked for his unacceptable behaviour and nothing to do with his political views.
2. Not held. We do not record complaints as specific as the request is asking regarding subject course content. Complaints are more to do with classroom and homework in subjects not being sufficient or too easy. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
