1. How many properties in the local authority built after 1991 have been allocated into each council tax band for every year since 2007?

2. What is the current percentage of dwellings in the local authority that are in each council tax band?

1. & 2. Not held. Moray Council receives information from the Grampian Assessors in regard to new properties, banding changes and deleted properties, as they are the "data holder". In this respect the Grampian Assessors would be best placed to answer these questions. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
