1. Over the past 10 years how many flood management schemes has Moray Council carried out that had mitigating circumstances where by they were carried out against Council Policy?

2. Where were these schemes.

3. How much did each cost.

4. How many properties were affected by flooding to justify the scheme.

1. One - works to protect properties in Dallas, which were not included in the Flood Risk Management Plans, were agreed at a meeting of Moray Council on 11 November 2015, which is before the FRM policy was agreed on 25 May 2016.
