I would like to make the following request under the Freedom of Information Act:

1. In this council area, how many people were waiting for care packages at the end of September 2022? Please also provide the data for the quarter ending June 2022 and March 2022, as well as for the 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2017 calendar years.
2. In this council area, what was the average (mean) completed wait for a care package during the 2022 calendar year so far? Please also provide the average (mean) completed wait for a care package in the 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2017 calendar years.
3. In this council area, what was the longest completed wait for a care package during the 2022 calendar year so far? Please also provide the longest completed wait for a care package in the 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2017 calendar years.
4. Where care packages have been provided so far this calendar year, on how many occasions did that care package not meet the assessed need of the service user? Please provide this data in numerical terms and also as a percentage of the total number of care packages provided. Please also provide data for the 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2017 calendar years. Where care packages have not met the assessed need of the service user, please outline the reasons for this.
5. In this council area, what is the average (mean) ongoing wait for a care package?
6. In this council area, what is the longest ongoing wait for a care package?
7. Where delays in providing care packages have occurred, please outline the reasons for this.
