Under the FOI request please advise
1.  if there is approved planning on R2 South of Conval Street 2.95  30 houses Dufftown?

2. If so when is the building development due to begin?

1.& 2. There are no planning permissions in place for the former designation R2 South of Conval Street, which was a designation of the previous Moray Local Development Plan 2015 (supserseded in 2020). No designation exists upon this land under the current Moray Local Development Plan.
