FOI Request - Licenced Equestrian Establishments

I would like to make a Freedom of Information request regarding the number of licensed equestrian establishments in your local authority. The information that we request is as follows:

1) The total number, names and business contact information of licensed establishments relating to Horses that are currently operating within the jurisdiction of Moray Council in 2022, namely establishments falling under:
a) The Riding Establishments Act 1979 (e.g. riding schools or establishments that hire out horses)
b) The Performing Animals (Regulation) Act 1925 (e.g. non-ridden activities such as Pony Parties and Equine Assisted Learning)

2) The total number and names of licensed establishments relating to Horses as above in 1a) and 1b) that were in operation within the jurisdiction of Moray Council in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

3) If some, or all the above information is not available, please;
a) explain why the information is unavailable
b) provide confirmation of whether this information is publicly available and where it can be found (e.g. a website page)
