Regarding the ban on smoking near hospital buildings in Scotland:

If you could let me know
1.  how many £50 fixed penalty notices and
2.  how many court fines of up to £1,000 have been issued in the council area from when the legislation came into force on September 5 until September 30 it would be much appreciated.
