I am requesting the following information under freedom of information legislation
For the current academic year
1. What is the kitchen capacity in each of your local authorities schools (Primary and Secondary)? Clarification received: This refers to the number of meals that can be produced.
2. What is the cost of a school meal in each of your local authorities schools (primary and secondary)? I am aware that the cost of meals will vary each day, therefore can I get an average cost of a school meal?

Primary cost per meal £3.96
Secondary cost per meal £7.48 (this was a covid recovery year and uptake was low due to restrictions within the school).
