FOI Request - Purposeful Walkers in Care Homes

Under FOI I would please like to request the following:

1. How many people have required to be restrained as a result of them being “purposeful walkers” (people - usually with dementia - who walk about around care homes and sometimes even leaving their care homes) in council-run care homes, broken down by year, since 2017.

There are no Council-run care homes for older people in Moray.
