FOI Request - Landlord Register

I would like to receive a full copy of the landlord register, including current private landlords, properties owned and date of registration.
I doubt there would be an issue with this data being shared given the landlord register is public, but if there is an issue I would like to request an alternative that provides a unique, anonymous number for every landlord.
Finally, if there are any issues with providing the information in the above formats, I would like to request that it be provided as basic data - so a breakdown of landlords and how many each owns, i.e X owns 50 properties, Y owns 12 etc

This information is available on the public landlord register and is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible. The register is established so that individual properties can be searched, rather than to build profiles for individuals. Providing the information in the manner requested would release personal information into the public domain that would not otherwise have been collated. The information requested is therefore exempt under section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, personal information.
