Please can you provide answers to the following questions:

1. How many members of staff are currently suspended on full pay within your organisation?

2. Please state the length of time each staff member has been suspended, if this is not possible, please break them down by those suspended for a year or more, three months or more or one month or more.

3. For each, can you please provide their annual salary. If this is not possible, please provide the salary range/ band along with details of pay grades within the band.

1.-3. The number of members of staff who are currently suspended is between 0 and 5. Due to the low numbers involved, release of this information could result in the identification of individuals. This information is therefore exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Personal Information.
