FOI Request - Hosts for Ukrainian Refugees

Under FOI I would like to request information regarding people who have recorded their interest in sharing their home with a Ukrainian refugee, under the UK and Scottish Government resettlement schemes following the outbreak of war between Ukraine and Russia, and on the placements that have been arranged.

My understanding is that potential hosts apply to the UK Government, with local authorities then carrying out checks and helping to arrange placements.

Can you please tell me:

1. How many expressions of interest have you been notified of, within the council area, in hosting a Ukrainian refugee? Please provide a figure for the total number of households that have come forward.
2. How many Ukrainian refugees or families are currently living with a private host in your area? By this I mean in a private residence, not in hotels or other temporary accommodation. Please provide a figure per placement (e.g if a family has been allocated to one property, please count this as one placement).
3. How many of the potential hosts that came forward have been assessed as being suitable to take in a refugee?
4. How many of the potential hosts that came forward have been assessed as not being suitable to take in a refugee, for any reason?
5. How many of the potential hosts are yet to have assessments completed?
6. How many of the potential hosts have indicated that they no longer wish to take part in the process, for any reason?
