I am looking for information regarding the provision and delivery of respite care in your local authority. As such, can I request the following be provided in Excel format:

1.    Has the respite care service been fully restored to pre-pandemic? (i.e. the services and activities provided before lockdown have resumed in full)

2.    How many weeks of respite care have been provided, and for how many clients, in the last three financial years (2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23), with a breakdown by adult and children?

3.    How many weeks of respite care have been provided, and for how many clients, in the last three financial years (2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23), with a breakdown by activity? (e.g. day care centres, homecare from a paid carer, a short stay in a care home, respite holidays, sitting services)
4.    How many clients have applied for respite care and been rejected for respite care in the last three financial years (2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23), with a breakdown by adult and children?

5.    How much has been spent on respite in the last three financial years (2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23), with a breakdown by adult and children?

6.    How much has been spent on respite in the last three financial years (2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23), with a breakdown by activity? (e.g. day care centres, homecare from a paid carer, a short stay in a care home, respite holidays, sitting services)

7.    How many times have private providers been used to deliver respite care on behalf of your local authority in the last three financial years (2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23), with a breakdown by activity? (e.g. day care centres, homecare from a paid carer, a short stay in a care home, respite holidays, sitting services)

8.    How much has been spent by the Council to private providers for delivering respite care on behalf of your local authority in the last three financial years (2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23), with a breakdown by activity? (e.g. day care centres, homecare from a paid carer, a short stay in a care home, respite holidays, sitting services)
