Response 20-09-2022

1. The policy can be found here - http://www.moray.gov.uk/downloads/file45711.pdf , therefore this information is exempt under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Information Otherwise Accessible.

2. No - Homeless Health Needs Audits are a requirement for local authorities in England but not in Scotland.

3. We have recently revised our RRTP (Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan) (see here). The plan includes how we will endeavour to work with and interact with health services locally.

4. Currently, we do not provide ongoing training for those working in health care services. However, when the new Homelessness Prevention duty becomes law in Scotland, we will plan to deliver appropriate training to the sector.

5. Yes - separate policies for hospital and prison discharges

6. Attached to our Homeless Assessment Team, we also have a Housing Options Team, Housing Support Team and we also have a dedicated Housing Occupational Therapist.
