FOI Request - Academic/Professional Qualifications

Can you please advise the number of employees of Moray Council that have academic and/or professional certificates and qualifications in any or all of the following subjects: -

1. Hydrology,

2. fluvial geomorphology

3. hydrodynamic modelling

4. topographic surveying methodologies

To answer this question the records of each member of staff would have to be looked at individually. This would cost the Council in excess of £600. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, excessive cost, we are therefore unable to comply with your request. In order to be helpful we can confirm that within Environmental and Commercial Services at least two members of staff have qualifications identified in the FOI.
