FOI Request - E-Cigarettes in Schools

I would like to request the following information, please.

1. The number of pupils reported over the past twelve months for using electronic cigarettes (vaping) at each local authority school.

1. Any incidents would be logged in each pupil's Personal Record. We would have to go into each file to get this information. Given that there are more than 10000 pupils in Moray this would exceed the time/cost limit set by the SIC.This information is therefore exempt under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Excessive cost of compliance.
