Could you please treat this as an FOI enquiry for the following information:

1. The number of people who died while waiting for the council to arrange care visits in their home in the years 2019, 2020, 2021, and up to August 2022.
2. The above information should be broken down by date, each person’s age and illness, and how long each person was waiting for (while redacting personal details such as their names).
