I am requesting the following information under the freedom of information legislation:

1. Does the council use/support the National Day Nurseries Association Childcare Passport (or similar system)? - This system is an online account for parents to pay whichever registered childcare setting they choose directly, would address a lot of these challenges.

2. If the council uses a similar system what is it?

2. Our partners take private payments from parents through their own systems and any top up hours that are offered from LA are taken through an online Council system that is also used for our snack payments - each LA setting simply has a simple online "shop" that has been set up by ICT and products can be selected by parents (either snack fees or top up hours) and a payment made using credit/debit card.
