FOI Request - Wall At Back Of Cooper Park

Can you please inform me who is responsible for the retaining wall at the back of the cooper park,once you have crossed over the bridge and turned left ?
Years ago a coping stone became loose followed over the years by many more which may have found  their way into the river.
Now I see the beautiful facing stones are following  all for the initial want of some mortar.  What would have been a relatively cheap repair is fast becoming a major expense or disaster that could close a well used path way.

We can confirm that responsibility for the retaining wall at the back of Cooper Park sits with the Council Housing Revenue Account and we are currently in the process of assessing works required for repair.
