FOI Request - Elgin's City Status Bid

1. Please could you forward me a copy of Elgin's city status application, which formed part of the Platinum Jubilee civic honours competition. I remember you saying that this would be posted on your website in the spring of 2022, but I've been unable to find it there.

2. Could you also give me an idea of the costs involved in making the application, and provide a breakdown of those costs if they ran into five figures or more. (I'm thinking of Doncaster Borough Council, who spent £30,120 on their city status bid: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/cost_of_bidding_for_city_status#incoming-2061248)
