I would like information please on the compliance with the The Public Health etc (Scotland) Act 2008 (Sunbed) Regulations 2009, in particular the provisions of clause 3 and schedule 1 which requires customers to be provided with prescribed information at A5 size or larger, and the provisions of clause 4 and schedule 2 which requires a notice to be displayed with prescribed information at A5 or larger.

Percentage of total sunbed salon premises in Council area

Percentage of inspected premises complying with clause 3, schedule 1 on inspection (not as a result of corrective action)

Percentage of inspected premises complying with clause 4, schedule 2 on inspection (not as a result of corrective action)

Please note that if data is collected on a financial year rather than calendar year then 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22 would be fine. I accept that the data from March 2020 until midway through 2021 will be affected by lockdown, temporary closures and reprioritisation for Council Officers.
