FOI Request - Installation of Height Barrier at Burghead

Please provide all information held relating to the installation of a height barrier at Burghead backshore including any request(s) for planning permission and subsequent approval(s).
This height barrier should be removed immediately as it preventing minibuses with tourists, particularly birding groups, from parking at the location and is also preventing people with higher vehicles, such as myself, from parking at Burghead to photograph passing dolphins and the aurora in winter.
