FOI Request - Permission for Driveway - South Covesea Terrace, Lossiemouth

Under the freedom of information act can I please request documentation pertaining to all properties on South Covesea Terrace Lossiemouth (numbers 1-30) where permission has been granted for driveways/slabs between garages and the road.

As part of the same request can I please have copies of documentation pertaining to which properties have bought the land on which their drive/slabs have been laid.

Information not held - we do not have any permission requests for driveways at this location, nor for dropped kerbs or road openings. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

Any title deed information on the properties can be sought from Register Scotland at a cost.
