1. A breakdown of how much funding your business improvement district received between 2017 to 2022
2. A breakdown of what the funding was spent on within the local area between 2017 to 2022
3. A breakdown of how much was spent on each individual expense between 2017 to 2022
4. A breakdown of how much of the funding was spent between 2017 to 2022

Response 09-06-2023

1. For the City of Elgin BID, Moray Council granted £55,000 per year towards the administration cost of the BID company until 2020. Details are attached in the City of Elgin BID business plan 2015 to 2020.
For the Moray Speyside Tourism BID no grants was awarded to the BID company.

2. For the City of Elgin BID planned expenditure in the business plans (page 12 for 2015 to 2020 & page 40 for 2020 to 2025) For the Moray Speyside Tourism BID planned expenditure in the business plan page 40.

3. Not held. We do not hold details of actual expenditure of the BID companies & they need to be requested from them directly. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
