Under Freedom of Information can you please give me answers to the following questions:

1.      the rate per 1000 pupils of school exclusions for disabled pupils in schools in the local authority in the current academic year and each of the four previous academic years;
2.      the rate per 1000 pupils of school exclusions for non-disabled pupils in schools managed by the local authority in the current academic year and each of the four previous academic years;
3.      the rate per 1000 pupils of school exclusions in total (i.e. the total number of exclusions for all children)
4.      the rate per 1000 pupils of exclusions of children and young people with additional support needs
5.       the number of repeat exclusions overall
6.       the number of repeat exclusions for children and young with additional support needs.
7.       Do you carry out Equal Opportunities monitoring of school policies under the Equality Act

Please advise if you categorise disabled children as ASN.
