FOI Request - Councillors with Council Tax Arrears

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2002, please can you provide me with the following.

1. The number of current councillors with outstanding council tax arrears, broken down by political party affiliation.

2. The number of former councillors with outstanding council tax arrears, broken down by political party affiliation.

3. The names of current and former councillors with outstanding council tax arrears. For each councillor with outstanding council tax arrears, please provide the total amount owed. - (Argument that it is in the public interest as they are in the public office and should pay council tax like everyone else) - The Councillors’ Code of Conduct, states that councillors “must seek to avoid being in debt to the council”.
