Unadopted Highways of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.  Could we please request from you the following information:

1. The name of each development along with the road name covered by RCC
agreements which remain unadopted over the last 10 years.
2. The Developer associated with the above unadopted road.
3. The Bond value associated with the agreement.
