FOI Request - Physical Intervention In School

Please could the council provide details of any incidents in the last three years (May 2019 to
May 2022) where a decision was made to physically intervene with a pupil/pupils within a
school.

For each incident, please provide the following details;
- date of intervention
- name of school
- age of child involved (or an age range, ie 5-10,10-15, if data protection is an issue)
- reason for intervention
- how the intervention was made and how the child was controlled (ie, restrained, isolated
in a room, etc)
