FOI Request - Council Staff Signed Off Work

I would like the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland Act):

1. The number of council staff who have been signed off work due to mental health reasons over the last five financial years   
2. If possible please break this down by service (waste/ housing / finance / education (or better, teacher / PSA)
3. The total number of staff at the council over the last five years. Ideally this would be financial year, but if calendar year works better to allow a full picture of staffing levels, that’s fine too.

1.-3. Not held - we don’t record mental health as a specific category for sickness absence. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
