FOI Request - No Overnight Parking Signs

I was wondering if you could give me information about no overnight parking signs throughout Moray.

There are several "No Overnight Parking Signs" erected throughout Moray, although not all on Moray Council roads. There is no record of where all these signs are located. They are temporary yellow and black by design.
