The information we request is:
1) Listing of current Non-Domestic rate-payers and properties for which they have a rates liability
2) Listing of current Non-Domestic rates reliefs and recipients

Moray Council publishes quarterly information on Non Domestic Rates accounts on its website under page http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_108099.html

This contains a listing of all Non Domestic Rates properties as at 31/03/22. The revised report for this and the accounts which have relief will be updated on 1st July 2022.

This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
