I would like to know details of any payments for celebrity appearances at council events from January 2017 to date.

I would like the information broken down on a monthly basis with a brief summary of the spending, celebrity and event.

For example:

January 2017: Annual awards night guest speech and q&a by Colin Hendry.

Should the scope of this request be too broad - please restrict the time frame.

There have been no paid-for appearances by celebrities at council events in the given time period.
