1.  What was the cost of planning and building standards per planning application in this council in 2021-22? i.e. the average cost of a planning application in 2021-22

1. The Council does not hold figures for a cost per application. In accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can advise that the requested information is not held. 

In order to be helpful we can advise that we had a total of 881 building warrant applications in 2021/22 and the total cost of service was £649233. We carry out other services other than check building warrants, which can be enquired about separately.
