Please can you provide the name, direct telephone number and email address for the following senior management positions responsible for Social Care Performance Management and IT:
1. Head of Adult Social Care Performance: This would be the individual with overall responsibility for Adult Social Care Business Intelligence, Data and Performance Reporting
2. Head of Children’s Social Care Performance: This would be the individual with overall responsibility for Children’s Social Care Business Intelligence, Data and Performance Reporting
3. Adult Social Care System Manager: This would be the individual responsible for the management and upkeep of the Adults Social Care Case Management (IT) System.
4. Children’s Social Care System Manager: This would be the individual responsible for the management and upkeep of the Children’s Social Care Case Management (IT) System.
5. Adult Social Care IT Training Manager: This would be the individual responsible for ensuring all users of the Adults Case Management System are fully trained on the usage of the system (the workflows, screens, boxes, forms etc)
6. Children’s Social Care IT Training Manager: This would be the individual responsible for ensuring all users of the Children’s Case Management System are fully trained on the usage of the system (the workflows, screens, boxes, forms etc)
7. Adult Social Care Helpdesk Manager: This would be the individual responsible for managing the team who provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to the Adults Social Care Case Management System.
8. Children’s Social Care Helpdesk Manager: This would be the individual responsible for managing the team who provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to the Children’s Social Care Case Management System.
