1.  This data is only available from 31st March 2014 . Under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (2002), this information is exempt under Information Otherwise Accessible. The information you requested can be found here: https://www.housingregulator.gov.scot/landlord-performance/statistical-information. Please refer to 'Charter Data All Social Landlords Complete Dataset - 2013-2014 to 2018-19'. 

Indicator 2: the Scottish Housing Regulator removed this indicator from the annual return on the charter from 2019/2020 onwards. However the figure as at 1st April 2022 is 547.
