The information I am requesting is:
1. The number of councilors with outstanding council tax arrears, broken down by political party affiliation
2. The names of councilors with outstanding council tax arrears. For each councilor with outstanding council tax arrears, please provide the total amount owed.
3. For each councilor, the number of days absent from council business per year, for the last 5 business years, broken down by year.
4. For each councilor, the percentage of relevant council votes the councilor has been present for per year, for the last 5 business years, broken down by year.
5. For each councilor, the number of enquiries received per year, for the last 5 business years, broken down by year.
6. The number of times the Council has received a complaint about a councilor not responding to an enquiry, broken down by councilor, for the last 5 business years, and broken down by year

This information is exempt from release under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 – personal information.
3. For each councilor, the number of days absent from council business per year, for the last 5 business years, broken down by year.
Councillor Attendance from 2018-19 is available on the website: http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_90017.html. This information therefore falls under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - information otherwise accessible. The data for 2021-22 won’t be available until after the last meeting of Moray Council on 6 April 2022. This information therefore falls under Section 27(1) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 – information due for publication within the next 12 weeks. The data will be published at the link provided above.
4. For each councilor, the percentage of relevant council votes the councilor has been present for per year, for the last 5 business years, broken down by year.
