1) On what date were the 2 Greyfriars Street Car Parks again restricted to staff only, from Monday to Friday during Covid-19 (i.e. the barriers were back in operation and could only be accessed by a staff badge)?

2) From that period up to and including 04/03/22, how much income was generated in the week day period (Monday to Friday) by the purchasing of parking tickets?

3) From that period up to and including 04/03/22, how many excess parking charge fines were issued in the week day period (Monday to Friday)?

4) How many appeals have been received in writing by the Transport Manager in this period for these car parks?

5) How many appeals have been successful for these car parks during this period?

6) How many appeals have been successful, for all excess parking charge fines in all the other car parks in Moray in the same period?

1) On what date were the 2 Greyfriars Street Car Parks again restricted to staff only, from Monday to Friday during Covid-19 (i.e. the barriers were back in operation and could only be accessed by a staff badge)?
Car Parking Charges were suspended on 26 March 2020 and resumed again on 26 October 2020 - this is the date that the car parks were once again patrolled.   There are times however when Facilities are short of staff and the barriers have to remain open as not enough staff to monitor at all times.   

2) From that period up to and including 04/03/22, how much income was generated in the week day period (Monday to Friday) by the purchasing of parking tickets?
Income generated from the resumption of car park charges up to 2 March 22 Greyfriars St = £7,215.21 + up to 4 March 22 HQ Annexe = £10, 723.74 = £17,938.95

3) From that period up to and including 04/03/22, how many excess parking charge fines were issued in the week day period (Monday to Friday)?  189

4) How many appeals have been received in writing by the Transport Manager in this period for these car parks?  71

5) How many appeals have been successful for these car parks during this period?  32

6) How many appeals have been successful, for all excess parking charge fines in all the other car parks in Moray in the same period?  117
