WISH WASTE 26

I have in my possession a document titled WASTE INDUSTRY SAFE AND HEALTH FORUM.

At this time I would wish to know if the contents of the document are applicable to the Moray Council site at Gollachy. If the answer is affirmative I shall take the time to see that the procedures are enacted.

Moray Council are fully aware of WISH document 26 - Managing Health and Safety at Civic Amenity Sites (as we are with all the other WISH guidance documents relating to our services). These are guidance documents which are used when writing site risk assessments and procedures (and are incorporated as best as they can be).  However, our sites, along with many others across the Country, make it difficult to fully implement them to the letter, hence why they are guidance documents.
